magic_quotes_gpc-Warnung von PhpMyAdmin

Hallo Liste,

wie Ihr gleich merken dürftet: eine Anfängerfrage: Was bedeutet die folgende
Meldung bei Aufruf der index.php3 vom PhpMyAdmin und was muß ich tun, damit
PhpMyAmin properly works?

'Warning: You haven't enabled magic_quotes_gpc in your PHP configuration.
PhpMyAdmin needs this to work properly. Please have a look at the
configuration section of the PHP manual for information on how to enable
it.'
