FFFF7F ist _nicht_ 0xFF x 0xFF x 0x7F sondern
0xFF x 65536 + 0xFF x 256 + 0x7F

Also allgemeiner:
rot x 65536 + grün x 256 + blau

FFFF7F ist ein helles Gelb und FF7FFF ein helles Magenta
