mysql_install_db

Hallo Leute,
wer hat den richtigen Tipp für mich??

Ich bekomme das Script mysql_install_db nicht gestartet. Der Dämon mysqld
läuft.
Fehlermeldung:
PLEASE REMEMBER TO SET A PASSWORD FOR THE MySQL root USERS !
This is done with:
/usr/bin/mysqladmin -u root -h localhost        password 'new-password' -p
 AND
/usr/bin/mysqladmin -u root -h s105web.dom-r105 password 'new-password' -p
