[CGI] CGI Script don´t run under Linux´s Apache

Check your error log and see what exactly it says. Tere's no way to tell
the reason without looking at the errror message. Also, have you tried 

use diagnostics; # and/or
use CGI::Carp qw/fatalsToBrowser/;

? If you haven't please do so. Then let us know
