User läuft)

xhost +localhost

Und versuchs dann nochmal, vermutlich darf der User,
unter dem der Apache läuft, nicht auf dein Desktop
schreiben (was ja auch Sinn macht ... bzw. kein Sinn
macht, da er ja in eine Datei ausgeben soll und nichts
anzeigen ;)
