Es bedingt ein
./configure --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs
unter der Voraussetzung das man es auch hat. Das configure gibt am Anfang
sehr genau meldung welche SAPI es uebersetzt sofern alles gefunden wird.

Soviel ich weis kommt bei den meisten Distries die Datei aus einem *-devel
Paket.
