[php] Bug? max_execution_time

In welcher php.ini? xampp bringt eine im /php- und eine im
/apache/bin-Verzeichnis mit. Letztere ist auch die, die von dem Apache
verwendet wird.

Nein, das stimmt schon. Wie bereits geschrieben: Vielleicht hast Du
einfach die falsche php.ini erwischt. Zur Sicherheit kannst Du auch
nochmal die Apache-Conf durchschauen. Dort kann man ebenfalls Werte
verändern.
