[php] Problem mit SCRIPT_NAME

Hi!

Wenn du WAMP hast, musst die vor-compilierte PHP-Version von zB. php4win.de nehmen. Da ist cgi-force oder 
irgendsowas enabled, und damit sollte es dann funktionieren. Mit deiner Version wird zB. auch phplib nicht laufen.
