copy funkt nicht im safe-mode...
probier einfach move_uploaded_file() aus und prüfe vorher mit
file_exists()
ob das file existiert....

sollte das copy nicht funktioniere, könnte es auch daran liegen, dass
das target nicht richtig
spezifiziert ist. probier mal als target:
/foo/bar/uploads/file.dat
damit das absolut, eindeutig *und* der neue file-name enthalten ist.
