Der Ulf lebt noch, hab ihn gerade in Stuttgart letzte Woche gesehen.

Im PHP-DOC Repository liegt das PHP Manual. Ist allerdings etwas anderst
aufgebaut wie Ulf's Inline Dokumentation.
