[php] ASCII Text formatieren

Hallo,

ich haben eine ASCII Text welchen ich gerne automatisch in eine "saubere"
Form bringen möchte...

z.B.

         zentrierter Titel

§ 1 Überschrift
1. Text im  Blocksatz, Text  im Blocksatz
   noch mehr Text im Blocksatz
   a)  Unterpunkt a im Blocksatz und noch
       mehr Text für diesen Unterpunk.
2. Nächster Absatz ...

Kennt jemand ein entsprechendes Tool für Windoof?
