[php] include ohne output

klingt gut und

ob_start();
include "content.inc"
$content=ob_get_contents ();

ist ganz das, was ich brauche. Leider steht ein (PHP 4 >= 4.0.0) dabei.
Gibt es ähnliches für php3?
