[php] Workaround for session problem on windows with PHP 4.1.2?

4.1.1 has some strange behaviours about sessions with globals on,
it sometimes forgets the contents of a session.
Jani told me he fixed it in cvs, but 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 dont include this fix,
so maybe you should consider using a cvs version or 4.0.6 (+patch against
upload issues)
