[php] PEAR

Hallo ich bkomme folgende fehlermeldung beim installieren von einem
package:

Meine config sieht folgendermaßen aus:

Was mache ich falsch? Ich versuche das package mit
/usr/bin/pear install http://pear.php.net/get/HTTP_Upload zu
installieren. Resultat ist jedesmal die obige Fehlermeldung.
Auch der Befehl $ pear list-remote-packages Wie unter
http://pear.php.net/manual/en/installation.web.php
beschrieben funktioniert nicht ......
