[php] session probleme

Hallo

Ich verwende php 4.2.3 und apache 1.3.20 auf w2k.

php ist als server-modul eingebunden. Alles scheint soweit gut zu
funktionieren ausser die sessions.
Dabei bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

session.save_path is correct (d:\daten\webserver\sessiondata) in Unknown on

Das entsprechende Verzeichnis d:\daten\webserver\sessiondata existiert und ist
freigegeben für jeden.

Hier sind meine php.ini Einstellungen zum Thema session:

Ich habe jetzt schon einiges versucht, das Verzeichnis geändert etc., aber
immer bekomme ich dieselbe
Fehlermeldung. Irgendeine Idee?
