Also wenn du ein Tool suchst, dass als Frontend zu MySQL dient,
kann ich dir phpMyAdmin empfehlen (http://phpwizard.net/phpmyadmin/)..

Wenn du sonst in php eine MySQL Datenbank abfragen willst , gibt es die
MySQL Funktionen, die eigentlich Standart mässig in php sind, wenn dus
compilest
musst du bei ./configure die option --with-mysql angeben (glaube ich)...
