[php] Apache mit PHP /Probleme

Hallo.
Ich habe LAMP auf Mandrake 5.0 (Kernel 2.2.14)  mit Mysql3.22.32 und php
4.0.0 und Apache 1.3.12
Beim Compilen gabs keine großen Probleme, html-seiten klappen schon, nur
bei php-seiten(*.php) kommt
ein Downloaddialog. der Fenstertitel dieses dialogs beinhaltet
"application/x-httpd-php3)
Frage: warum steht da php3 obwohl die php3 types in der httpd.conf
deaktiviert sind.?
