[php] .htaccess und WAMP

Hallo Leute,

ich muß wider Willen ein WAMP aufsetzen.
(An alle Windows Admins: bitte nicht schimpfen weil ich lieber LAMP benutze)

Leider verhält sich die datei .htaccess nicht so wie ich es gerne wünsche.

Hier ein Auszug:
php_value include_path .:../inc:../inc/phplib
php_value auto_prepend_file prepend.php

php3_include_path .:./inc:./inc/phplib
php3_auto_prepend_file prepend.php

Bei meinem LAMP fuktioniert das, bei WAMP bekomme ich dauernd die Meldung:
Auszug aus error_log

c:/programme/apache/htdocs/.htaccess: Invalid command 'php_value', perhaps 
mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

Meine Frage:
funktioniert das überhaupt unter WAMP
Habe zu diesem Thema nichts in FAQ, Mailliste usw gefunden.
