[php] Wie enabled man "magic_quotes_gpc in your PHP configuration"?

Hallo Liste,

folgende Fehlermeldung sehe ich bei phpMyAdmin 2.1.0:

Warning: You haven't enabled magic_quotes_gpc in your PHP configuration.
PhpMyAdmin needs this to work properly. Please have a look at the
configuration section of the PHP manual for information on how to enable it.

Ich weiss wirklich nicht mehr weiter, obwohl ich schon über 2 Stunden die
Liste durchleuchtet habe.

Wo "enable" ich magic_quotes_gpc?
