Das klappt auch :

    $header =  "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=\"us-ascii\"\n";
    $header .= "Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit\n";
    $header .= "X-Mailer: BlaBlaBla\n";
    $header .= "Reply-To: $nfrom <$frommail>\n";
    $header .= "From: $nfrom <$frommail>\n"; // eMail-Adresse des Absenders

    $mailto = "$name <$email>"; // eMail-Adresse des Empfängers

    mail("$mailto","$subject","$msg","$header");
