zuerst mal:
mysqld --help

<copy>
  -Sg, --skip-grant-tables
       Start without grant tables.
       This gives all users FULL ACCESS to all tables!
</copy>

Mit dieser Information und einem Shellzugang sollte
sich die peinliche Situation schnell beenden lassen.
