ok, sofern du ndich in der mail nicht vertippt hast, liegt genau hier der
fehler:

du definierst "/php/" als Alias, nicht "/Php4/"!!!

also muss es richtig heissen:

Action application/x-httpd-php /php/php.exe
                               ^^^^
