dann fragst du ripe ab:
inetnum:      217.224.0.0 - 217.237.161.47
netname:      DTAG-DIAL15
descr:        Deutsche Telekom AG
route:        217.224.0.0/11

/11 ist die binäre netmask
(11111111 11100000 00000000 00000000)

umgerechnet in dezimal
= 255.224.0.0
