Installing PHP3 on Windows

Hello
I would like to install PHP under Windows98
I had copy the PHP_FILES IN C:\PHP3\
On my PC it run the Personal Web Server from Microsoft
When i programm a test-file with "Hello World" and i save it as index.php3, i get a mistake "HTTP/1.0 500 Server Fehler. Must i configure anything,
What must I do and what must i configure.
