[php] Problem mit PHP3 offline

Hört sich so an als ob du eine ODBC Verbindung zu einer DB aufmachen willst,
oder das php die eh gleich lädt.
Gug mal unter start/ einstellungen / systemsteuerung ob du da ein ODBC
Symbol hast. Wenn nein oder, auch wenn ja, dann installier doch nochmal den
ODBC Support von Windows.
