[php] Grafik speichern in DB =?iso-8859-1?Q?=FCber?= PHP3/MySQL

Heute morgen in php3:

generally storing pictures in a db is not a very good idea.  It
doesn't
gain you anything.  Store the filename and let the built-in blob db
known
as your filesystem store the image blob.
