die frageist hier zwar nen bissel offtopic aber ich hoffe jemand kann das
beantworten.

kann mysql das hier ?

CREATE TABLE Landkreis (
       LkrID                INTEGER NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY,
       BnlID                INTEGER REFERENCES BundesLand (BnlID),
       LkrName              VARCHAR(50)
)

es geht um REFERENCES....
