bist Du Dir wirklich sicher, daß das Dein $ORACLE_HOME ist? 
$ORACLE_HOME <> Homeverzeichnis des Oracle-Users!
Standard-Pfad wäre z.B. (SuSE) /opt/oracle/product/8.1.6/
