Wenn ich mich kurz einmischen darf. Also PHPWEB kenne ich nicht.... aber
PHP Konfiguration mittels .htaccess funzt eh nur wenn PHP als Modul
laeuft. Das hat ersteinmal nix zu tun mit Windows oder Unix. Und
handgreiflich wollen wir doch hier nicht werden oder ?
