[php] String problem

ich habe einen array zB.
$city = ("Frankfurt","Aachen","Köln"...)

nun möchte ich alle Elemente mit einem "A" am Anfang ausgeben..
wie mache ich das ?? scheint etwas kompliziert zusein :o(
