Bug im HAVING oder falsches Verstaendis?

Wenn ich in einer HAVING-Klausel so etwas eingebe wie:
HAVING COUNT(DISTINCT d) = 1
dann wird das auf alle Zeilen mit true gemappt, dass heist ein Filtern 
findet nicht statt.
